Maria N. Heise

Ms. Maria Namuma Heise (Simiyu) is a Licensed Advocate of the High Court of Kenya (6 years) and a Rule of Law development specialist with the African Forum for Rule of Law Development (Inter-org). An astute advocate of the inclusivity of African women within international  programmes aimed at Rule of Law development, peace and security, she continues to take part in various UN conferences in Geneva with particular interest in the Arms Trade Treaty implementation and UN Disarmament work. Her work focuses on issues of Rule of Law programme development and implementation within the domains of: access to justice, gender inclusivity, strengthening and enforcement of democracy and Good Governance within public and private institutions. She is in-charge of project designing of logical frameworks and logic models.
Katharina Hutter Doshi
International Public Relations and programme manager: inter-cultural communication
Ms. Hutter Doshi is a trained political scientist and transcultural communicator. She has over 20 years experience working in cross-cultural communication as an intepretor, translator, editor, writer, public relations and communications speciliast.  She holds a Masters Degree in Political Science from Simon Fraser University, Canada and a Bachelors Degree in International Relations from the IKF Institut für Kader und Führung, Switzerland.
Dr. Djouroukoro Diallo
Founding Member and Programme Manager: Sustainable Development and cultural awareness

Dr. Djouroukoro Diallo has previously worked in international cooperation with U.S. Peace. A PhD researcher with the University of Bern, he brings on board knowledge in discourse analysis, text analysis, media analysis, Political Linguistics, Intercultural Communication and knowledge of the political-social and cultural context of Central Africa. Dr. Diallo works in advising and programme development and monitoring, and is based in Bern, Switzerland.

Programme Manager: Agribusiness and value-chain financing (including micro-financing)
Ms. xxx has work experience in undertaking development aid projects touching on peace and countering Gender-Based-Violence in Ethiopia. She is currently involved in Afrirol's de-militarization programme in collaboration with Peace Women Across the Globe,  (PWAG) which seeks to unearth the experiences of sexual violence faced by women from the Tigray region in Ethiopia and to provide the necessary post-traumatic and re-dignifying interventions.

Ms. Ayuk-Ntah has an academic background in programme management and Business Management from the University of St. Gallen. She has extensive experience in business management and strategies. Ms. Ntah is involved in projects related to agri-businesses and business models for sustainable development as well as micro-financing.
